Go to your subdomain eg mycloud.rdp2.us and login with your email address and password. If you need your cloud url please email support@enkompass.cloud and someone will reply to your request shortly.

The cloud is a highend computer system hosted in a data center with redundant power and internet. You use remote desktop connection via RDWeb and a Remote Desktop Gateway to access said server. The remote desktop session will look and feel just like your normal desktop.

enKompass has been moving companies to the cloud for several years. Today, we can migrate a client using on-premise servers and workstations to the cloud in less than 30 days, even faster in most cases.

We do offer a demo account to test our solutions. We firmly believe in try before you buy. Our Proof of Concept solution offers a 30 day trial of Office 365 E3 and your hosted Remote Desktop. We offer this at no charge for up to 10 users at your company to try out our product. If you want a more indepth Proof of Concept with other applications you firm uses we will be happy to set you up a quote for this and upon approval deploy the environment.

Yes we can either do 1 on 1 training for your employees or if you have a conference/meeting room available we can do either 1 or several smaller trainings for your company.

Our Helpdesk is available from 9am to 6pm EST Monday - Friday. Our network, servers, and infrastructure is always being monitored. We also have a 24/7 on-call engineer for emergencies. You can check the status of our infrastructure and our clients at https://status.enkompass.cloud.

 

We do offer a strong, financially backed SLA; however, we continue to beat it all the time. For example, our average response to tickets is less than 30 minutes, and our average resolution time is usually under 3 hours. We do not offer custom SLA's as that creates unique challenges in our setup. However, we beat our industry standard SLA of 4 hours all the time, our users have been very happy with our response and resolution times.

We start by requiring all of our egineers and professional staff under go a federally regulated background check. We take all necessary procautions like strong passwords, encryption, and other technologies so that your data is safe from prying eyes. We are constantly innovating in this area and testing new technologies as they become available, to further enhance the security we have in place.

Only enKompass employees have access to all client data and individual clients only have access to their unique data. If we ever bring in a third party to assist us with anything they are held to the same or higher standards of accountability as enKompass employees.
